THE BRIEF

A plan for a busy day

Organiser coverage

Plan match action, presentations, people and sponsor details. The quote sets out shooting time, edited deliverables and permitted use.

Optional participant gallery

Where appropriate and authorised, a separate gallery can offer photographs for purchase. The organiser fee and participant sales are agreed independently; sales are not guaranteed.

PRACTICAL DETAILS

Agree access before the event

Share the schedule, number of pitches, age groups, priority moments and your photography policy. Simultaneous matches require a rotation: coverage of every participant cannot be guaranteed.

For youth events, we agree restrictions, gallery viewers and link distribution with the organiser. A public gallery or QR code is never a substitute for those arrangements.

STARTING PRICES

Options for events

For a short tournament or event, coverage starts from £175 for up to three hours at one venue, with around 150+ edited images as a guide and typical delivery within 24–48 hours, depending on workload. A £25 supplement applies if the total return journey takes more than one hour. Longer events and wider coverage can be discussed. See the full options.

FUNDING A TOURNAMENT

Could a sponsor help make the event coverage work?

Sponsor-funded coverage

A sponsor can cover the agreed organiser fee. A tournament of up to three hours starts from £175; the organiser receives the agreed event gallery, with sponsor credit discussed in advance. If permissions allow, we can agree a separate licence for a small selection, for example 8–10 images for the sponsor’s own website or social channels; paid campaigns are quoted separately.

A simple hybrid example

If a sponsor contributes £100 towards the £175 starting fee, the organiser pays the remaining £75. If agreed, participants can also access a separate gallery and buy photographs. Those sales are not guaranteed and do not reduce the agreed coverage fee. The organiser promotes the gallery; participant contact lists are not needed.
